We have made every effort to ensure that the item photography, description and price are accurate. All product weights, dimensions and capacities are approximate only and subject to manufacturers actual specifications. Whilst we have endeavoured to display actual colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to the different monitors and screens used in viewing. Packaging may differ from that shown due to manufacturer/supplier variations.
All products shown are subject to availability and although the vast majority of items will be supplied from our own stock, we reserve the right to supply any product ordered, direct from our supplier or manufacturer should we deem it necessary. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it be deemed to be of unsatisfactory quality or standard.
In addition to purchasing over the Internet, customers are also invited to visit our shop here in Tintagel. Our pricing structure is generally identical although we do stock a much larger range of products within the shop. Prices may vary should a special offer be made available for Internet only availability or alternatively, shop only availability.
A carriage/shipping charge will be made on all items ordered for Internet/Mail Order deliveries. The carriage/shipping charge is calculated according to the total weight of the order placed by you and will be stated in full within the checkout page, along with the total cost of your ordered goods.
Should an item be out of stock, we may despatch part of the order to you with the remainder following later. In this instance the carriage charge will be made at time of the initial despatch and the balance will be despatched without a carriage charge.
All prices charged will be the price stated on the website at the time of ordering and include (in Europe), Value Added Tax at the standard rate of tax appertaining to the UK. Supplies made to non-European countries will be adjusted accordingly (currently a deduction of 16.66% of the list price). However we regret that we are unable to accept website orders from Non European countries at this present time and prospective purchasers are requested to contact us with their requirements by email (see contact us page). We will then reply with up to date shipping costs etc and customers can then decide whether to purchase or not. The total amount of VAT applicable to each complete purchase order, will be clearly stated within the checkout page, along with the net cost of the goods purchased and carriage/shipping charges applicable.
Whilst we make every effort to maintain prices, it may occasionally be necessary to adjust prices either up or down.
All products are generally despatched within 5-7 working days of payment of goods ordered, but customers are requested to consider ordering earlier prior to Bank Holiday periods, particularly the Christmas period. Items delivered by our carriers, can in some instances take up to 28 days for actual delivery. Whilst this instance is often in the extreme, please allow adequate time prior to contacting us concerning apparent non-delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase is despatched in excellent condition and is packed as carefully and diligently as possible. Should your purchase be damaged upon arrival, please inform us by telephone immediately and also in writing (Email or Land Mail) within 3 days of receipt of goods. All goods are insured against damage during transit and we will contact our carriers immediately. The carriers concerned will then arrange to inspect the goods at your premises by prior appointment and if found they are at fault, free of charge replacement of goods will be made at our earliest opportunity.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us with your receipt of purchase, within 14 days of the despatch date, providing the goods are not damaged and are in resalable condition on receipt by us. In this case a full refund will be given. Any costs incurred in the return of the item(s) must be borne by you and will not be refunded by Celtic Legend. We regret that due to Health reasons, Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Cancellation of order may be made at any time prior to actual despatch of goods provided that the item ordered is of standard production/sale. A refund will be given in accordance with the price paid less a 10% administration/credit/debit card, handling fee. Goods ordered for special manufacture cannot be cancelled once manufacture has commenced under any circumstances and payment must be made in full for any such product. Any such special product will be denoted within the product description.
All products shown within our website are subject to availability. Should we be unable to supply an item ordered, we will inform you as such without undue delay and if necessary a full refund will be made.
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis under any circumstances.
Payment
Payment can be made for goods ordered, by the credit/debit cards stated within our Website. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of your order and prior to despatch of your purchase. Alternatively customers may order goods by telephone and tender payment by Cheque or Cash prior to despatch of goods.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with standard requirement we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided to us. We will only use any information strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect from you will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not allow your information to be passed on to others, but we may use or disclose personal information that is relevant to legal proceedings or as required by law.
It may be that other websites have links to our own website and should you link to these sites, they may collect information about you. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by our privacy policy. Please be aware.
Force Majeure
Whilst every effort has been made to meet your requirements, Celtic Legend, it's business partners or employees, shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees), insurrection or riots, embargoes, wars, terrorism, compliance with laws or regulations, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').
